Employee Details and QuickBooks

An employee's imported pay-run line retains the supplied name, contact information, address, department, job title, employment type and employment dates. Open a row in the employee register to inspect those details and the component breakdown. Full Social Security numbers and bank account numbers are not part of the supported payroll import format.

The QuickBooks Employee Connection section lists connected companies and their employee directories. Payroll checks for an initial or stale employee sync when the page opens for an authorized manager. Use the refresh control to pull employee details again. The directory shows the last successful pull.
