Home: every client at once
Firm staff land on Home. It is the picture of every client you reach, not one client's books.
How-toFor Firm staff
What Home is for
If you work at the firm, signing in opens Home. You see every client you can reach on one board — open review, close status, and who needs you — instead of being dropped into a single client's books.
A client's own people never see this board. They open straight into that client's workspace.
Using the board
- 1
Scan the client rows for open review and a close month that is falling behind.
- 2
Open the client whose queue is largest, or whose close is due first.
The sidebar keeps Home, My Day, and Inbox above the client list so you can jump back without losing the firm picture.
- 3
Use My Day when you want your personal queue across every client, not one client's board.
Common questions
Your session is a client membership, not a firm role. Home is a firm screen. A client's own bookkeeper opens that client's workspace.
No. Firm staff always land on Home so the practice picture is not replaced by whichever client was last open.
