Why holders are named
Card Holders is the list of people who spend on company cards. A holder needs a reachable channel — usually iMessage or SMS — so myBBS can ask what a charge was. Replies land on the charge, not as a free-floating note.
Common questions
Open the holder and change the channel binding. Old replies stay on the charges they already answered.
