These providers support the application and may process customer or user information to deliver, secure, or operate it.

3. Customer-Authorized Connections

Customers may also connect Intuit QuickBooks Online or Xero under those platforms' authorization flows and terms. Their role depends on the connected service and the customer's relationship with that platform.

4. Provider Controls and Locations

We evaluate providers based on the service and data involved and use contractual, technical, and organizational measures designed to limit processing to authorized purposes. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Where law requires a transfer mechanism or additional safeguards, Backline will use an appropriate contractual or legal mechanism.

5. Changes and Customer Terms

This list reflects the current configured service and can change as features and providers change. Customers who need advance-change notice, a data-processing addendum, specific transfer terms, or a provider review should contact Backline. A signed agreement controls over this general page.
