  • Interfere with the Service or a third-party network; create unreasonable load; scrape or harvest data; or use automated access except through documented interfaces we authorize.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, frame, resell, sublicense, or build a competing service from nonpublic elements of the Service, except to the limited extent law prohibits this restriction.
  • Submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, or privacy-invasive content.
  • Use the Service to facilitate fraud, money laundering, evasion, unauthorized financial transactions, false filings, or deceptive accounting records.

  • Train or improve a general-purpose machine-learning model using Service output, interfaces, or nonpublic documentation without our written permission.

3. Sensitive information

Do not submit protected health information, payment-card security codes, consumer credit-report data, biometric templates, classified information, or other specially regulated data unless a signed agreement expressly authorizes that data type and required safeguards are active. Never place passwords, private keys, or online-banking credentials in free-text fields or support messages.

4. Communications and exports

You must have all required rights, consents, and lawful bases for messages, reports, exports, and recipient lists you create or send through the Service. You must honor opt-outs and must not use the Service for spam, phishing, purchased lists, or misleading sender identities.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and preserve relevant evidence. We may remove content, limit features, suspend access, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect people, data, the Service, or third parties. Where practical and safe, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. We may report unlawful conduct when required by law.
