What the queue is
Review Queue is the client work surface. It is not a dashboard. Rows are work items: journal entries waiting on a person, exceptions the machine could not post, tasks, provider drift, and sync differences.

Filters worth using
- Needs judgement — items that cannot be rubber-stamped.
- Review — human-prepared work awaiting a second pair of eyes.
- Exceptions — the machine-originated slice of the same queue.
Common questions
Exceptions is a saved view of the same queue. Opening Exceptions does not move the item; it hides everything that is not an exception.
Only when the action on that item is a post, and only after the required review. Opening or assigning a row never writes a journal.
