What Bea does
Bea sends the first request and the follow-up on the channel the recipient already uses. Replies are bound to the charge or document they are about. You do not paste a new thread into a personal phone and hope it files itself.

Yes — Client Settings → Chase Settings. First-request and follow-up templates are separate. Reply instructions are appended by the system.
