What lands here
The firm Inbox is the practice mailbox. Email, iMessage, and uploads that are addressed to the firm or to a client inbox show up here so somebody can open them, file them, or send them on to Document Intake.
Common questions
Under Documents → Client Inbox. Firm staff can also filter the firm Inbox to one client.
